Additional Information

Agreement & Release

  1. 1. This application and payment does not constitute an agreement until acknowledged and signed by the Bourse Director.
  2. 2. Applicant hereby releases VCSS, LLC and its Officers, Members, Committees, Agents and Fairfax Coin Club Inc and their officials and/or their personal capacities from any liability for loss, damage or destruction (through negligence, gross negligence or otherwise) of numismatic, philatelic, other material sale and for personal injury and property damage of any kind. The foregoing shall not, however, limit the liability of any individual who may personally be guilty of theft and/or willful damage or destruction.
  3. 3. VCSS, LLC are not insurers and will not provide insurance to the Applicant during this event or at any time.
  4. 4. Dealers are responsible for any and all excise, state or personal taxes, which may occur from the sale of their merchandise.
  5. 5. Dealers offering altered, counterfeit or other spurious material will be subject to expulsion from the show without recourse.
  6. 6. The bourse booth may only be operated by the Applicant, or by others only with prior written approval of the Bourse Director.
  7. 7. The Bourse Director reserves the right to assign and/or reassign bourse booth space at his discretion.
  8. 8. Cancellations made over 30 days prior to the event will be refunded. Refunds for cancellations within 30 days shall be made at the discretion of the Bourse Director.
